1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the q333 website accessible at q333.io, including all associated pages, services, games, and features.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on the q333 platform or otherwise accesses the services provided.
• "q333" / "We" / "Us" refers to the operator of the q333 platform and all associated services.
• "Account" refers to the personal player account created upon registration on the q333 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held within a player's q333 wallet, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to a player's account by q333 under the terms of a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Verification Documents" refers to identity documents, proof of age, proof of address, and payment method evidence that q333 may request from any player at any time.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh, which is the sole transactional currency on the q333 platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the q333 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the q333 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and q333 in respect of your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

2.3 If you access the platform on behalf of a third party or allow a third party to use your account, you accept full personal liability for any and all actions taken under your account credentials.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the q333 platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account closed immediately. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

3.2 Jurisdiction: The q333 platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction. q333 makes no representations regarding the legal status of online gaming in any specific location and accepts no liability for players who access the platform from jurisdictions where such activity is restricted or prohibited.

3.3 Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the q333 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 Prohibited Persons: The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an account on q333:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Persons who have self-excluded from the q333 platform or any affiliated platform during the exclusion period.
• Employees, contractors, agents, directors, or officers of q333 or its affiliated entities, including immediate family members of such individuals.
• Persons registered on any recognised problem gambling self-exclusion register applicable in their jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

4.1 To access the full range of q333 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to update your account information promptly in the event of any change.

4.2 q333 reserves the right to request verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, and at any time during normal account operation. Required documents may include, without limitation:

• National Identification Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within the last three months).
• Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., bKash or Nagad account confirmation).

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. q333 shall not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.4 You must notify q333 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security associated with your credentials.

4.5 q333 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, and to forfeit any balance associated with such account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits made to a q333 account must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform at the time of deposit. Accepted deposit methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers via supported Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. q333 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which q333 accepts no liability.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of account verification. Players must have their identity verified before any withdrawal is processed. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the q333 finance team as promptly as reasonably possible; processing times vary by payment method and may be subject to additional verification checks.

q333 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large, where the account shows unusual activity patterns, or where the account has not been previously verified.

Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered q333 account. q333 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the q333 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied by q333. Any exchange rate differences arising from the player's own banking or mobile wallet arrangements are the sole responsibility of the player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 q333 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, or other incentives to registered players. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions where applicable to sports betting.

6.2 Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds within the player wallet. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6.3 q333 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus offer, q333's decision shall be final.

6.4 Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to registration of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, use of bonus funds in a manner designed to minimise risk to meet wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus arbitrage") — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6.5 q333 reserves the right to limit the maximum withdrawal amount on any single bonus offer. Where a maximum withdrawal cap applies to a specific offer, it will be clearly stated in the terms of that promotion at the time it is presented to the player.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 All games available on the q333 platform are supplied by third-party certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, and Nolimit City. Each game operates according to its own rules as supplied by the respective game provider. Players are encouraged to review the rules and paytable of each game before play.

7.2 All games use verified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified for fairness by recognised third-party testing laboratories. q333 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.3 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the q333 platform and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game systems or outcomes.

7.4 In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or software failure that results in an erroneous payout, q333 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the corresponding wager to the player's account balance. Manifest errors do not create a valid claim to any winnings.

8. Sports Betting

8.1 Sports betting markets on q333 cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and selected other sports. Odds and markets are subject to change at any time prior to settlement, and q333 reserves the right to suspend any market at its discretion.

8.2 Bets once confirmed are binding and cannot be cancelled by the player except where the q333 platform expressly offers a cash-out facility on the specific market, in which case cash-out is subject to its own terms.

8.3 q333 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match-fixing, corrupt activity, or where the result of the event was known to the bettor before the bet was placed.

8.4 In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sporting event, the official result as declared by the relevant sporting body (e.g., ICC, FIFA, BCB) shall be used as the reference source for settlement purposes.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 q333 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible via account settings:

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit any reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any platform content or software.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business.

11.2 q333 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical failures. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and unforeseen outages may occur and will be communicated to players where reasonably practicable.

11.3 The q333 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy & Data

12.1 The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by q333 is governed by the q333 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these terms, you also consent to the use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 q333 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law, a court order, or a lawful request by a competent regulatory authority.

13. Termination

13.1 q333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or forfeit balances, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or otherwise harmful to q333 staff, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

13.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting q333 support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method after all pending wagers and applicable verification checks are resolved.

14. Amendments

14.1 q333 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these terms will always be available at q333.io/terms-conditions. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via their registered contact method.

14.2 Your continued use of the q333 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
